Any cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before an appointment will result in being charged 50% of service fee. Same day cancels (24 hours or less) or no shows will be charged 100% of service fee. If you are running late for an appointment, please let me know as soon as possible! If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged in full for the service. A card on file is required to book an appointment. This is to ensure your desired time slot is reserved - you will not be charged until the day of your service.
